They've been using The Frying Pan as a bed & breakfast most recently. I checked their website this morning and it seems that you can now, for $25,000, buy a share and become part owner. This will entitle you to bring a guest with you when you go out to stay.

Is that live now or a recording? It's been just blissful for hours. Judging by where the storm is now the weather should be raging there.
There were many of them along the Atlantic seaboard, not practical on the West Coast due to water depth.
East coast Continental shelf stretches out as much as 60 miles. West Coast, lucky to see 4 miles.
