Meanness don’t jes’ happen overnight.
Forgive your enemies; it messes up their heads.
Do not corner something that you know is meaner than you.
It don’t take a very big person to carry a grudge.
You cannot unsay a cruel word.

Most of the stuff people worry about ain’t never gonna happen anyway.
Don’t judge folks by their relatives.
Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
Live a good, honorable life… Then when you get older and think back, you’ll enjoy it a second time.

Most times, it just gets down to common sense."
I heard and was taught about a great many of those by my father and grandfather. Some of the old timers were loaded up with great common sense, blessed wisdom gained from experience and kind enough to share it with youngsters-- do not seem to see too much of that sharing in these days, IMHO.
A great pity that and a great detriment to the welfare of this nation too..
Especially so, since liberal/dem/moron indoctrination camps( public schools) are teaching the opposite is the way to function..
A tragedy and a great pity that --too!- -Tyr
