US Attorney Durham objects to IG findings on Russia probe origins in stunning statement....

Horowitz released his report Monday saying his investigators found no intentional misconduct or political bias surrounding efforts to launch that 2016 probe and to seek a highly controversial Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to monitor former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page in the early months of the investigation. Still, it found that there were "significant concerns with how certain aspects of the investigation were conducted and supervised."

~“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff,” Durham said. “However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.”~

    Figures.... all I'll say...

But you're repeating what I said already. Been discussed while you were away. Already waiting on Barr and Durham... and the senate dismissal of the ridiculous one sided and rule ignoring impeachment. Folks go to jail - great - but at this point I would also be happy of Washington actually worked for a change, and perhaps we could see them capitalize on an improved economy and other things, and actually face head on problems our country faces, instead of the usual whining and then obstruction.

Oh, and watching Biden explode, and then some, as legalities and corruption build up around him. And his son perhaps more so, but he wasn't sworn to uphold laws and what not as Dad. And as they say - follow the money trail. And lots of it was going around, as proof has shown that I have posted from Ukraine. - And that's just Joe. I have a sneaky suspicion that Rudy releases more as stated.

And it won't be just Joe that Barr is investigating. This is a much different look into everything, and then as is Durham, of which moved into a criminal investigation. We will see at the end eventually. But it's no conspiracy that much cheating and corruption has been found about democrats. I could go on and on about things, but as this door closes, others are opening. And nothing I've written is theory at all. And a lot of it did start with these FISA warrants, and it was obviously that evidence was overlooked and evidence ignored. And there was still a lot going on, much we will find out about, and likely more we'll never know about.

IG Report cuts against the oversight rules - the IG *audits* the US Attorneys, not the other way around

btw, I'm interviewing for another job which would take me from working remote to working like a bum 9-5. Gonna really limit my time.

Did you read Durham's reply? He's not entitled to disagree? Regardless, his investigation perhaps will add more information to this down the road, and then some.

If I had ANY respect for Petey, and believed he was here for honest conversation I would ask him . How do you square so many people within the Justice Department behaving so poorly and even in some cases illegally with a finding of no political motivation Pete? The USG spent a lot of money training me as a criminal investigator and one of the many factors we learned about was motive. What MOTIVE would there have been for these people to do some of the things they did if not for political bias? And then add on things like the Strozk/Page texts which absolutely proved a bias . So we have evidence of a bias among at least some of the people involved in the investigation, coupled with people acting against policy, and or even illegally and the IG says "no proof that political bias played a role in the investigation?" Come on man.

Before you comment, you should read the IG report and then maybe the Mueller report

    I've read both.

The IG makes it crystal clear that many people within the Justice Department behaved poorly and maybe even criminally and then says "but we can't see evidence that their wrongdoing was due to political bias, and so I ask you what do you think their motiviation was , if not political bias? By the way, the IG report makes it clear that the IG found evidence of political bias, he just declines to say that bias influenced the behavior of the people in the FBI.

Does this even make sense Pete? Imagine this scenario. Let's imagine for a moment that Jimmy and I are buds and agree politically and disagree with you politically. Now let's imagine you were posiing on here and Jimmy altered one of your posts to make it read something like "I would like to kill the children of every conservative poster here" making it look like YOU wrote it. Now let's imagine that you complained and accused Jimmy of doing this because of your politics.

Now, let's further our imagining and imagine that Abbey said "I'm going to look into this and see what is up" Let's say she even looked at all the private messages between Jimmy and myself and could see that we both agreed that Petey smells funny and so on and so forth. But then she posted her findings and said "look I found evidence that Jimmy REALLY doesn't like Petey but there is no evidence that he did anything wrong because of political bias"

    Would you buy that?

....The fact that the Inspector General found NO BIAS in the FBI FISA application process is outrageous

*Look at the Peter Strzok/Lisa Page texts
*Look at the DNC funding for the Steele Dossier
*Look at the "basic & fundamental errors" on the application
    *Where is the justice?

    >>> Horowitz: Here’s the report. No Bias.

    >>>Durham: My turn......................

The IG is a holdover from the Obama administration. Obama put him in there. Should we really have expected any less? Just wondering. No conspiracy needed.

Michael Horowitz is a man of unimpeachable integrity. That he , in this instance, did not agree with you doesn't change that. Same thing I say about the people who are now bitching about Bill Barr.

Attorney General Barr: "FBI Ignored Exculpatory Evidence, Hid Information to Continue Trump Investigation....."

    Video and text:

    https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2019...investigation/

"He continued, “They hid information about the lack of the liability, even when they went the first time for the warrant. But in January, after the election, the entire case collapsed when the principal source says I never told this.

I never told Steele this stuff. And this was also speculation. And I have zero information to support this stuff. At that point, when their entire case collapsed, what do they do?

They kept on investigating the president well into his administration after the case collapsed. But here to me is the damning thing: They not only didn’t tell the court that what they had been relying on was completely, you know, rubbish, they actually started putting in things to bolster this Steele report by saying we talked to the sources and they appeared to be truthful. But they don’t inform the court what they’re truthful about is that the dossier is false.

So that’s hard to explain. And the core statement, in my opinion by the IG, is that these irregularities, these misstatements, these omissions were not satisfactorily explained and that leaves open the possibility to...."

Not sure what happened between these 2 posts, but the latter goes against the former. And I agree with your first post 100%. But IF he is in fact making no connections and what not that the facts show otherwise, then that harms his integrity if you ask me. And we have READ the text messages in just those 2 connected and KNOW they were SO politically biased against Trump that it wasn't even funny. Hence me agreeing with your first statement, only.
