Default CNN disrespectfully cuts in on president again

A few stations did this in the past. They don't like what he's got to say, so they cut in on his speech to claim something is "wrong, misleading or a lie". This coming from CNN, the biggest liars of all on the media circuit. Lies, omissions, anonymous sources...

Year after year, day after day - they deny any and all voter fraud exists. Voted ID and other things - and now the push for mail-in voting - which has endless proof of people cheating. From candidates themselves, dead people voting, multiple voting, fake votes...

I DO think that they want to see the economy suffer to reflect on Trump. Same with other chaos this election year.

Then speak of challenges and difficulty in the media business... how many times specifically did CNN cut in on for Biden and Harris?

CNN Cuts Off Trump RNC Speech for Brutal Fact Check Comparing President to Pontius Pilate: ‘Wrong, Misleading’ and ‘Outright Lies’

CNN cut off President Donald Trump’s Republican National Convention speech on Monday, branding his comments “wrong, misleading, or outright lies.”

As Trump ranted against mail-in voting, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s hearing before the House, and the RNC’s lack of cable news coverage, CNN cut off the speech before Anderson Cooper immediately began to strip it down.

“After vowing to have a positive convention, the president goes negative in its first moments. He started off falsely attacking mail-in voting. He’s continuing to attack mail-in voting as his postmaster general testifies that the attacks are ‘unhelpful.’ That’s his own postmaster general,” Cooper reacted. “He also criticized the media for airing the postmaster’s hearing instead of his roll call.”

“He falsely accused Democrats of wanting to shut down the country to hurt the economy and somehow help them at the ballot box. Unclear how angering the entire country by shutting down would help them at the ballot box,” he continued, before claiming, “It is sort of all the most recent greatest hits and false statements by the president and I imagine what we’re going to hear a lot this week from the president who clearly wants to be out front every single day.”

CNN Chief National Correspondent John King responded, “It underscores the challenge, Anderson, for us in the news business and really for people watching at home if you are a voter who has not decided — if you are a voter who is not firm in your decision — to watch the next four days, because this is a sad thing to say but a lot of what you just heard from the president of the United States is wrong, misleading, or outright lies.”

    Hypocrisy is right!

    ---

Brian Stelter Demands Incessant Break-Ins of Republican Convention 'Stream of Lying'

On Sunday's Reliable Sources, CNN host Brian Stelter played his usual role as enforcer of liberal bias, insisting the networks must create an imbalance in how they cover conventions. CNN was right to allow two hours a night of Democrat advertising, he said, but the Republicans must be interrupted incessantly because it will be a "stream of lying."

Stelter insisted "what we are going to see in the next few days is a truth imbalance. Because if we've learned anything from the Trump years, it's that there's a real likelihood, there's a real forecast of lies coming fast and furious from the president and, sadly, from many of his allies, in these speeches, in these videos, in these events that we are about to witness."

Stelter admitted the DNC video feed was "advertising," but offered no defense of CNN airing this advertising almost uninterrupted. Everything sounds like a rationale for a dramatic double standard in campaign coverage.

STELTER: There's a real difference, there's a real contrast in how much lying and deception takes place between Trumpworld and other parts of the political universe. I don't think we can paint with too broad of a brush, Democrats versus Republicans. But it's definitely Trumpworld versus other political leaders. I think it's something call asymmetric lying.

I mean, look at this, this is from the DNC. CNN's fact-checking team led by Daniel Dale, checked out the DNC speeches. Here's a review of the first two nights saying the major speakers mostly spoke in generalities but when they did make assertions of facts, they have been largely accurate. The checking of Biden's speech on Thursday found pretty much the same thing....
The first sign you know someone sounds like a DNC publicist is when they find everything the Democrats say "largely accurate." It's "accurate" to blame 175,000 deaths on Trump. It's "accurate" to claim the protesters in the street are almost entirely "peaceful." CNN didn't even locate AP's fact checks on Michelle Obama and Cory Booker.

Stelter promised CNN's fact checker would be on the air in prime time, "providing fact-checks when necessary," which didn't happen when CNN was running wall-to-wall DNC propaganda. And yet, Stelter complained that Sean Hannity didn't run full propaganda, and insists Hannity will show a lot more of the Republican convention. Hypocrisy was in full force.

Where Are the Fact-Checkers? ABC Lets Biden-Harris Lies Go Unchallenged

Watching ABC’s interviews with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Sunday night was an exercise in whiplash. World News Tonight anchor David Muir pivoted between asking the pair the expected anti-Trump questions to asking them surprisingly critical questions (for ABC) from both the right and left on the two candidates’ policies and controversial statements. However, that surprise turned to disappointment as ABC let Biden and Harris spin, deflect and even lie during these exchanges with little to no pushback or fact-checking.

After Muir invited Biden to “blame President Trump” for 170,000+ lives lost to the coronavirus, not once, but twice, he went on to ask the Democrat about the economy and if he would raise taxes: "Over and over again President Trump leads on the economy. And you know what he's saying. He said, 'President Biden, a Biden administration will raise your taxes.' Will you raise taxes?"

Biden repeated twice that he would not raise taxes for anybody making over $400,000 a year.

Former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer noted how Muir didn’t challenge Biden on how the ObamaCare penalty was a federal tax:

CNN’s Cuomo: ‘People Were Saying You Didn’t Fact-Check the Democrats — They Are Not Lying the Way Trump Does’

Monday, during CNN’s wrap-up of its Republican National Convention coverage, network host Chris Cuomo defended the disproportionate amount of so-called “fact checks” his network conducted for the RNC compared to the Democratic National Convention a week earlier.

Cuomo contended Republicans and President Donald Trump lie more than Democrats, which justifies CNN’s fact-checking.

“[A]gain, well, who are people going to believe? We’ll see who makes the better case. And yeah, you can fact-check it to death. We could fact-check this convention all night. People were saying you didn’t fact-check the Democrats. They are not lying, the way Trump does. Do politicians lie? Of course, both parties engage in it. Yes, I’ll give you the full ‘Guilfoyle.’ But not like Donald Trump. Nobody lies the way this man does, has, and will that I’ve ever seen in politics. So — he’s lying to you.”

Wrong, as usual, Fredo. Michelle Obama was indeed fact-checked (shockingly) on her lying accusations against Trump about those "cages" filled with children at the border. The cages that were filled by her own husband. But leftists never let facts, reality and truth get in the way of an agenda-driven lie.
