Such a scam.
So, ATT no longer puts an earphone jack on the phone. You have to buy "ear buds". WTF is THAT? Sounds like a bad beer commercial or some "bro" thing. 10 years ago it was just called a bluetooth.
No new charger with the new phone. ATT has deemed it necessary to force you to recycle your old charger (using the actual wording of "wanting users to recycle). Even though while the old charger works with the new phone, the new charger cable is incompatible with the old charging block.
I'm all for recycling and am quite anal about it. Like anything else I do by CHOICE.
The presumptiveness of Big Tech is getting on my damned nerves.
