I don't want the government saying what to wear, but strongly support businesses saying something like, "If you choose to not wear a mask, please choose another place to shop, work, do business with." Likewise, any business owner that feels that masks are for the weak, should feel free to put in a policy of, "No masks allowed, if you are cowering in fear of being infected, please choose another place to shop, work, and do business with." We should all get to choose where to shop, work, do business.
Since the “gay Wedding cake” case, we should all understand the value of letting a privately owned business make their own rules. If it should ever get to the point where the majority of a necessary place like a grocery store start limiting folks, it may be different.

Open a grocery that you feel comfortable with the policies. I've now lived in some pretty remote locales, but always had a choice in grocery stores. Maybe not what I was used to, but at least 3 big stores and scads of smaller. IMO, that is how we protect both ourselves and everyone's rights.

    I really can’t open a grocery store.
