MS-13 is not actually a prison-based gang. They're originally from San Salvador or one of those South American hell-holes. They migrated north. They are powerful because they respect no laws at all. They will kill anything in their way to get what they want. But they are a nation-wide street gang. Naturally they are represented in the prison system. They should be hunted down and shot.
