    Default the point

The focus of the article is that there are a significant number of people who choose to believe that the death, on camera, of a newswoman and her cameraman was a sham concocted by some New World Order conspiracy. These internet "experts" claim she has been given a new identity and the whole thing is a specific ploy to promote gun control. Apparently so we can be led like sheep. They further are claiming that her grieving boyfriend is an actor hired for the same scheme. the writer of the article is a longtime friend of the boyfriend and details the way in which these conspiracy spouting idiots have piled more grief on someone who doesn't need it at the same time as they are pouring their moronic mental vomitus onto the internet for the gullible to read. Not every bad thing that happens has an explanation. Conspiracy theorists seem unable to accept that Shit Happens is sometimes the absolute truth.

I AM making light of it. I gave up trying to unscrew these people's minds YEARS ago. I think I actually had a Conspiracy Theory forum before Jim did. I just got tired of them bleeding all over the board.

Of course conspiracy theories are harmful. They make people believe crap that ain't true. Then I have to ask myself what the Hell do people like that think? What makes them think there's no simple answer? We've been raised and bred to believe there has to be a reason for everything and these people can't just grasp the fact the sometimes, sh*t happens. Oh, I just read that you already said that.

And you know where I'm going with the witch thing. You turn me into a toad and I'm getting a 440 stainless steel GI Joe sword and coming after YOU after I escape the dogs around here.

My family name is Niall Noigíallach.

Probably why that doesn't bother me. I grew up on stories of Picts and brownies. I have another little Celtic "issue" ... I'm hell in combat. The reason I point that out is I've tried for YEARS to figure out if it's blood or just training. As I've pointed out, when I get mad, it ain't funny anymore. And my favorite weapon is a sword.

There's no answer to the question. I'll never get it. But I have always had an affinity to Celts, pagans, Nordic gods. And it isn't a conscious choice.

What I DON'T like are judgmental people who don't know WTF they're even talking about.

    Default celtic

Those with the background from the north of Europe and the Isles always seem to have an understanding of things that may not be easily perceptible to others. And as for the rage in combat, the Celts in Britain were the only people who ever gave the Romans a run for their money. Look up the story of Boudicca if you want proof. She almost succeeded in throwing them out for good. Irish and Scots and Welsh revered success in warfare more than anything else. And after all, if you have rage to express, a sword gets you up close and personal.

Listen more kindly to the New York Irishmen who assure you that the blood of early Irish kings flows in their veins. At least 2 percent of the time, they are telling the truth, according to a new genetic survey.
The survey not only bolsters the bragging rights of some Irishmen claiming a proud heritage but also provides evidence of the existence of Niall of the Nine Hostages, an Irish high king of the fifth century A.D. regarded by some historians as more legend than real.
The survey shows that 20 percent of men in northwesternIreland carry a distinctive genetic signature on their Y chromosomes, possibly inherited from Niall, who was said to have had numerous sons, or some other leader in a position to have had many descendants.
About one in 50 New Yorkers of European origin - including men with names like O'Connor, Flynn, Egan, Hynes, O'Reilly and Quinn - carry the genetic signature linked with Niall and northwestern Ireland, writes Daniel Bradley, the geneticist who conducted the survey with colleagues at Trinity College in Dublin. He arrived at that estimate after surveying the Y chromosomes in a genetic database that included New Yorkers.

It means you're a force of nature for sure. And the temper makes sense. You probably have some pretty scary intuition sometimes as well.

I'm a force of something, that's for sure. I probably should read a little more up on it. But I get the thing with others because I can be the worst thing you ever met, or your best friend. Depends on you. I'm benign in most cases. I'm not a mean person. Being mean and being able to be mean are two VERY different things.

That intuition crap has bugged the crap out of me since I was a kid. That whole deja vu crap still creeps me out. And I know better now than to go against my instincts. Every time I have, I 've got burned.
