Should we all be judged by YOUR arbitrarily arrived-at standards ? The worth of an individual, not to mention a country's citizens generally, is dependent upon so much more than their proficiency at languages ! For example, I speak one very fluently, and I can just about get by (barely) in another. Does this make me 'superior' to everyone restricted to knowledge of just the one language ?

Which of us, Balu, is the more inclined to be prejudicial in our view of the worth of other countries ? What judgment should this mandate ?
