Aw man, for a minute I thought you meant the Brit band 'The Beat' who are one of my fav groups ever, then I realized you meant some American band >,>

The Band (On Columbia Records that Pre Dated " The Beat" from England & who took them to Court in New York and had them change their name to "The English Beat" and Re -Jacket all their album covers as such . They opened for us once & we ( The Beat Roadies of both outfits) exchanged Buttons & t-shirts lol
