    https://www.businessinsider.co.za/ou...estival-2022-7
" A plant-based company called Oumph! produced a burger they said tastes like human flesh.
The company advertised the Human Meat Plant-Based Burger around Sweden last year during Halloween.
"No humans were injured in the development of this product," the company said.
For more stories, go to www.BusinessInsider.co.za.
A plant-based meat brand decided to take an unusual — and cannibalistic — route to sway people to try their product.
European company Oumph! developed the Human Meat Plant-Based Burger — a burger they say tastes just like people — for those willing to indulge in fake human flesh.
"We developed this burger in no time as soon as we knew what taste and texture we were after," Oumph! Co-Founder Anders Linden said in a YouTube video.
During Halloween last year, the company set up a food truck in Stockholm, Sweden, serving the "scariest plant-based food ever." The company released a short advertisement, complete with a sinister voiceover depicting dark scenes in a kitchen as a a chef develops the human-based meat. The commercial then dares people to try it. ...

    those crazy Swedes chortle chortle.

    But
Ok sooo, How exactly would someone eating it be able to tell that it's not real human flesh?
I mean, without taking it to a lab.

And...umm, How exactly did they determine what the flavor should be?

No sale. Overpopulation is not a myth -- at least on my part -- it's an observation. I don't know who else is selling what on the topic. I'm sure it's someone with genocide in mind, disguised as a the "Next Big Climate Change"

It is an observable fact that humans are outgrowing the resources available. It would be highly improbably for Man to outgrow the space available.

Could resources be better managed to accommodate an ever-increasing population v natural resources? Sure. That's about as probable as me growing a full head of hair.

This is a perfect example of what I have against conspiracy theories/theorists. Dismissing the obvious because it doesn't suit the narrative.

Global population is set to level off around 2050 IIRC. Most developed countries have population declines, at least in the native population. The problem will take care of itself.

I have no doubt the problem will take care of itself. One way or the other

I'll also state up front I really don't have much of a dog in this fight. Thinking I'm probably not going to be around. Given current World leadership, I wouldn't bet the farm people will be around long enough to overpopulate the planet.

I'm basing my comments on math, and current population growth on a planet that is not growing at all. Natural resources are finite. The virus called Man is not. Man will consume any and everything, while procreating.

People are stupid. What can I say?

Head of the European Central Bank, Christine Lagarde:
"Climate change" requires a complete overhaul of the entire economy and financial system, in line with the "green transition"—including the need to "reduce our carbon footprint in everything we do, from banknotes to how we supervise banks."

seems the globalist are really giving people a heads up, they are going to push this climate crap a even harder down people's throats.
as an excuse to control how and what we buy, how we use money, how nations regulate people's & companies actions ...for the greater good... & our safety.
Not very "free market" minded of these banks. but these centralized mechanisms, the fed and int'l banks, major world agreements HELP free trade and "the economy" I've been told.
So not sure what to think here.

Growth doesn't go on forever. I think they've proven that mathematically??

Not an expert on the topic, but would you think consider the prime directive is procreate (at least up to Gen Z), growth would have to be stopped by some means?

I really don't consider population growth the main contributor. The ability/means to sustain a population would be as important if not more? Growth is irrelevant to life with no means of sustaining it. Anything in the unsustainable range will just die.

IF the entire Earth was inhabitable, sustainable life is STILL finite to those limitations. The way I look at it, someone has to whip out their algebra and figure out the equation of Man's population vs Man's phenomenal mismanagement of Earth's natural resources.

Problem is, that's an honest question that dishonest people have whored out personal/group gain. To the point that "saving the World" comes in the guise of many industries.

    Just wondering ...

The Russia/Ukraine War is resulting in more than normal deaths on average and the food shortage coming up from sanctions will also reduce population. Factor in a possible nuclear war with the death count and destruction of finite resources and the population problem is pushed back for decades.

When the scientists theorized cannibalism were they thinking we would be eating people who died from diseases? Or will they be harvested based on criminality? Road kill (accidents)? Who do they think will be the food source? Eating dogs would be more palatable and that's just not something I'm on board for.

I was thinking biologically. Procreation is the natural prime directive of every living thing. I can't answer for Man brainwashing Man otherwise other than we don't have to look very far to see it.
