Pfft, the wife is addicted to them as well. Especially good if you smoke a brisket directly above them so all the brisket juices drip onto the fatty.

THIS is why we run 5 miles every morning, it certainly isn't b/c running is so much fun.

If you liked smoked foods at all, you really have to try one. I have a few recipes. The one I linked to is good, I also make a pizza one, it's basically a crust less , smokes pizza. Italian sausage stuffed with pepperoni, cheeses, and sometimes other pizza toppings sometimes not and pizza sauce. Very good.

I am craving a Big Boy and fries from Frisch's. As usual I could also go for some Skyline Chili-the best in CIncinnati. A 4 way or cheese coneys. Fortunately for my diet,our budget won't allow it!

I'm craving some herring on some salty crackers. And maybe some White Castle double cheeseburgers. And some Teriyaki beef jerky. And a bucket of KFC original. And a juicy, buttery steak from Ruth's Chris. And a Double from Wendy's. And 4 5 layer burritos from Taco Bell.

And a diet coke of course since I'm counting calories!

Sad thing is, there isn't one close to me. I have to get them when I go back to Jersey and visit family. There is one about 10 miles south of me, in the Bronx, but being the area it is in you are risking your life for one of those tasty little burgers! I've done it a few times before! LOL
