Those aren't 'real'. If I saw them nude I'd know easily...but my guess is - they've been helped, surgically.

Here they're getting squished. No way that's an implant. And here too, if they were fake they'd have that distinct, unnatural round ridge next to her chest. It would look way different. That is totally natural....
