I mention it in the very first post, and although it's unwritten, I was given an assurance by board mods that if I mentioned it, they would "have my back."

Well...mods thanking the political post surely isn't "having my back." It's quite the contrary.

So, no rules, whatever, and if Pete wants to come in and make a sarcastic comment in return, it's all good, no worries.

I didn't know. So which "mods" are you talking about? And what "unwritten rule"?

I don't have a dog in this fight and at this point in time, no clue what it's about. Just seems to me you might want to get with whatever mod(s) agreed to back thi unwritten rule instead of claiming you aren't getting any support.

I generally just glance at this thread occasionally to see if anyone's being funny.
